I Need the Smell of Summer, I Need its Noises in My Ear
Apologies for the lack of updates and also the weirdness in getting on here, problems with domain transfers and all that jazz, unimpressed! College is boring me to death apart from my delightful elective which I find myself researching in my own time without being asked to, a definite first for me in my UCD history…
Ballet was super hard tonight, hence the sweaty looking face and overall sad-panda demeanor. High fives for effort in half-editing photos, fake eye colours FTW.

A Box For My Treasure
A Box For My Treasure was the best part of going to the flea market today, Laura bought a lovely bracelet and I wanted one of everything but I was particularly enamoured with the ridiculous carousel (!!!) necklace that ACTUALLY MOVED and only 14 blips!!! Silly no jobs.
Judith is part of the etsty Ireland team and a feature on her work can be seen >here<
Anyway, on with the pictures!!

Laura’s little teacup bracelet alongside another amazingly cheap “are ya serious” pearl bracelet

Core Competences
Perfect for a day at the flea market. I was very bold and bought new glasses frames AND a cardigan. I have approx 5 euro left for the week now, deadly.
Flea market was great today, I only wish I had boundless stores of money so I could have bought it alllllllllllllll. Pottering around town was such a treat too although I will be paying for it without a doubt for the next forever or so…

Field Notes
I will and always will be, a messer.
Two whole posts in one day, I really am spoiling you. I spent the day generally doing nothing but staring at the sun in amazement. I helped my awesome buddy Jen sort out her wardrobe i.e. throw out loads of stuff (HI!!!)
Now I’m off to eat loads of bread, halloumi (JESUS), prawns and fruit crumble. EXCITED.
Come to the Flea Market tommorow morning, me and Laura are gonna be there perving on the cheap stuff and I’ll be taking photos for U mag street style. Dress pretty and it could be youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.

Hardest of Hearts
Yesterday! Fucking freezing and disgusting out, hail stones galore and all the other bad stuff associated with Ireland.
In other news, I like being vain so I’m serving up not one but FOUR photos of what I looked like yesterday. This skirt is far too tight since I got it altered on a super thin day. Now, it’s a struggle to breathe in which severely hinders my ability to eat as much cheese as I’d like to.
So, I did a mini shoot yesterday, did lots of excel spreadsheets and got to make ridiculous descriptions of expensive clothes which is always a bonus.

Couture
So it’s Spring Haute Couture week in Paris… a time for people like me to look on and swoon at what shall never be…
So many killer and surprisingly wearable looks filtering down, I would absolutely kill everyone I know for any of the following please:
Chanel

That hair. The tweed. The lurex tights.

Are you serious? This is perfect in every way.
LOVE the colour palette, concept and overall feel of this collection. Ridiculous use of actual moon shaped fastenings to demonstrate said theme? NEGATORY
Givenchy

She looks like an insane yeti. In a totally amazing way, naturally.

Somehow not entirely convinced on the cut but mix if textures is tastyyyy

Holding my breath to see a decent picture of this one.
I adored this collection purely for it’s simplicity. Still fun but ultimately could fit into any woman’s wardrobe comfortably…
Christophe Josse
Now, the Pièce de résistance. This collection literally made me squeal with delight like a child on a new pony.

All I need now is to become a millionaire and I’m set.
The excitement for fashion week(s) is mounting… college? POO!
Ps if you’re expecting Dior, I can’t get on board. Sorry lads!
